How was your week? Fellow teachers, I survived Red Ribbon Week! How about you? It was a wild week at school and that did have an affect on my eating during the week. I am such an emotional eater! Bad Day = Bad Eating! So…again this week I maintained.
Today I’m prepping for lunches and making this Loaded Egg Salad.
We haven’t had Home Chef delivered for a couple of weeks because we weren’t crazy about the meals offered. I have missed the convenience of it, so this week we have three meals coming.
Here’s our dinner menu for the week.
Monday: Ultimate Slow Cooker Pot Roast Recipe Here
This is the slow cooker I use, and I love it! I received it for Christmas two years ago and it is still going strong. One of my favorite features is that I can brown my roast right in it before adding the rest of ingredients and setting it for the day.
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday! Simple ground beef tacos.
Wednesday: Chicken Kiev – Home Chef
Thursday: Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps – Home Chef
Friday: Date Night!
Saturday: Steak with Horseradish-Herb Cream & Potatoes – Home Chef

I am sticking with the same basic workout schedule again this week. Try to get in three week day morning sessions and continue the 30 Day Challenge. I am getting a bit tired of the same videos so I hit Pinterest for something a bit different. I found a 3-day a week plan I am going to give a try. See the link below.
